Although we are based in the Docklands, Canary Wharf, E14 area of East London we aim to offer a cheaper alternative to the more expensive spa’s but without compromising the quality.
Whether it is Reiki healing, Traditional Swedish, Hot Stone, Sports or Remedial Massage that you are interested in you can be certain to receive a high level of service before, during and after your treatment.
Based on experience by far the most common problem that we work with is Stress. Stress in any form can be a debilitating factor in general health issues. Reiki and Massage are both excellent and natural therapies that can be used in treatment of stress, through deep relaxation and a general feeling of well-being that they can induce. We endeavour to work in an holistic way, in that we consider the whole person, rather than individual symptoms, issues or concerns. Why not come along and leave your worries behind.
